Short version RunFast collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network connection of any kind. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
What RunFast stores, and where
Your runner profile (name, age, sex, fitness level, weekly volume, available training days, goal), your generated training plans, and the runs you complete are stored in a database inside the app's own storage on your device. That storage is covered by iOS app sandboxing and by your device passcode and encryption.
What RunFast sends off your device
Nothing. The app contains no networking code, so there is no server to send anything to. There is no crash reporting, no usage analytics, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDK of any kind.
Apple Health
If you allow it, RunFast reads running workouts and their distance, active energy and heart rate from Apple Health. This is used for exactly one purpose: when a planned run is due, RunFast can offer to complete it using a run you have already recorded, so you don't have to type the numbers in.
- Access is read-only. RunFast never writes anything to Apple Health.
- Health data is never transmitted anywhere, because the app has no network access.
- Access is entirely optional. Decline it and the whole app still works — you just log runs by hand.
- You can change or revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RunFast.
Notifications
If you switch on the daily reminder, RunFast asks iOS to show one local notification at the time you choose. It is scheduled on your device by the system. No push server is involved and nothing about it leaves your phone.
Files you export
When you export a training plan, RunFast hands the file to the standard iOS save/share sheet and you choose where it goes. If you send it to a cloud service, that service's own privacy policy then applies to the copy you put there.
Children
RunFast is a general-audience fitness app. It is not directed at children, and it collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Deleting your data
Tap Reset everything on the Profile tab to delete your profile and every plan. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of its data. Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no copy anywhere else and no deletion request to make.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
